Rechargeable Battery System Care to Extend the Life of Lithium-Ion Batteries:

WARNING: Do not use battery if you notice a change of shape (lumps), over-heat when charging or if rust or corrosion on the battery connectors is found.

Fully charge Lithium-Ion batteries before beginning to use the battery. Failure to charge battery prior to use will reduce battery life.
Keep Lithium-Ion batteries fully charged when not in use.
CHARGE BATTERY REGULARLY. Charge between each use and a minimum of once every few months. It is important to maintain at least 25% of your battery power when not in use. Failure to do this will result in performance problems and reduced battery life. Never leave Lithium-Ion batteries discharged for long. The batteries do self-discharge and the charge could drop low enough to damage the battery.
Avoid regularly running Lithium-Ion batteries completely dead.
The battery life is 300+ cycles before the battery will diminish in capacity output.
Lithium batteries provide a diminished capacity output at extreme cold temperatures - keep batteries inside the garment to minimize the impact and improve the performance.
Store Lithium-Ion batteries in a cool, dry place if you will not be using the battery for several weeks.
Keep Lithium-Ion batteries out of extreme temperatures. High temperatures may cause premature battery failure while lower temperatures can prevent batteries from fully charging.

A winter 2020 must-have

Excellent! I bought two for outdoor dining and backyard visits with friends and family to get through the winter. They yield a comfortable amount of heat and the heat lasts a respectable amount of time. The batteries have four dots to indicate the charge level, and even after about 2 hours of use I haven't seen them go below two dots yet. The batteries disconnect for easy charging, and also have a USB port for charging other devices if you're in a bind. I think anyone spending time outside in cold weather should put these on your short list.

WARM AND TOASTY

Must-have accessory of 2020. Seriously. Have been using these to sit out by the firepit on the back patio and they are a game changer! So cozy and comfortable. I am also thinking that if I go to any outdoor dining, I will bring this with me to the restaurant!

I would buy these again but I think they will last forever!

These cushions are so nice! The size is great, they warm very quickly and they are so easy to carry because of the built-in handle. They are a very high quality heated seat pad at a very good price.

Great for what I use it for

I live in a cold climate and like to take my dog with me on car trips. In the winter it can be too cold to leave her in the car too long. This works great for her to curl up on and wait for me... you should recommend them to pet owners who travel cold climates.

Good product for warming Bicycle Trailer

I bought this heated seat cushion 2 years ago, not for the intended use as shown on website, but for a bicycle trailer in the winter time. I always take my dog with me on bicycle/tricycle rides during spring/summer/fall and wanted to use it during the winter. I needed a portable heater so Sparky wouldn't get so cold, and this was the only product I could find. It heats up to lukewarm(max) and I wish it could go to higher temps, but it wasn't designed for higher temps (it would probably overheat the bum if it did). A good product for my purpose.
