How does it work?

The ColdAvenger facemask or balaclava contains a lightweight coated plastic thermal conversion module that captures heat as you exhale. As you inhale fresh air, the module gently warms the air, returning heat into your body. Any warmer and your pet won't use it. 102°F is the ideal body temperature for cats and dogs. Since a pet's fur acts as an insulator, our products have a thermostat that senses when the unit has reached this temperature and maintains it for maximum pet comfort.
